At Glossy Pop, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we have the following return and refund policy.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tested cosmetic products.
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A refund to the original payment method
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Glossy Pop.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Glossy Pop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
